Job Description

Build a new composite deck off the back of our house. The deck will be approximately 20ft x 25ft (500 sq ft) with two levels and built-in benches.

Project Scope:

  • Obtain necessary permits
  • Pour concrete footings
  • Pressure-treated lumber framework
  • Composite decking (Trex or similar)
  • Composite railing system
  • Built-in bench seating on two sides
  • Steps to yard
  • Optional: pergola over part of deck

Requirements

Looking for experienced deck builder with composite decking experience. Must handle permit process.
