Job Description

Replace old garage door with new insulated sectional door with opener. Garage is standard two-car size (16ft wide x 7ft tall).

Includes:

  • Remove and dispose of old door
  • Install new insulated steel sectional door
  • Install new belt-drive garage door opener (LiftMaster or similar)
  • Install wall control and remote controls (2)
  • Program MyQ smartphone connectivity
  • Install safety sensors
  • Test and adjust all components

Requirements

Certified garage door installer. Must provide warranty on door and opener.
